RETURN POLICY ON APPAREL ITEMS

At this time, ALL APPAREL SALES ARE FINAL.

RETURN POLICY ON CRYSTALS

If your crystal arrives faulty or damaged you have 30 Days to request a return from the date that your item was verified delivered by your selected carrier. Please contact Meshed Reality LLC and inform us of your decision so that we may work with you to ensure your item is returned. Once the crystal has been received back at Meshed Reality, you may choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.

Every single crystals is checked and carefully prepared and packaged before it is shipped. Please treat your crystal with care the moment you take them out of packaging.

*We are not responsible for breakage due to mishandling, accidents, or lost crystals. *

*We DO NOT recommend that you shower with your crystal or involve yourself in physical work that can damage the crystal. *

Our shirts are made from organic, recycled, and ethically sourced materials.

We take customer service seriously and make sure we are as transparent as possible. If there's an issue with your order, expect a phone call, email or both - ASAP.
